Job Description

　　The Consultant, Real Estate Secured Lending position contributes to the profitable growth of the mortgage and personal lending portfolios. The main function is to provide data-driven analyses for the purpose of continuously improving the acquisition, account management or collection of delinquent accounts for retail lending products. This position requires specialized knowledge of the automated systems used for the retail lending portfolios to determine options and make recommendations that balance the risk/reward tradeoff, within CIBCs risk appetite, in the design of credit risk strategies that drive new revenue opportunities.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　8+ Years of experience coding as a Data Analyst

　　Can operate independently using a data dictionary and data warehouse technology documentation.

　　SAS experience

　　SQL experience

　　Excel pivot tables experience - Great documentation skills

　　Excellent Communication skills

　　Adaptable

　　Time management skills

　　Able to work independently null
