We are currently hiring an IT Client Solutions Engineer who will work with multiple technical and non-technical teams throughout the organization to drive the best client endpoint technologies and services to meet our company’s needs. This role will also be responsible for solving company requests, configuration, security, growth opportunities and innovation for client endpoint devices including, but not limited to computers, printers, handheld scanners, tablets, wearables and peripherals.
This position is also responsible for participating in setting the company standards and strategies regarding client endpoints. They will work closely with IT Security to ensure all solution are configure to protect the company from cyber risks or vulnerabilities. The IT Client Solutions Engineer will also be expected to collaborate closely with other IT functions and business partners to research and develop the best strategic solutions for deploying configurations, settings, patches and applications to the client endpoints. The positions will also participate in IT related projects, lean activities, and M&As. This is a Remote position.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical client endpoint solutions based on business requirements.
Support and ensure reliable and secure client endpoint devices.
Establish company standards for client endpoint hardware and configuration.
Participate in IT projects, business projects, and strategic decisions.
Deliver innovative solutions to customer problems.
Recommend and implement client endpoint standards, tools, and methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize incompatibilities.
Communicate time and cost implications to senior management.
Drive process improvements and automation for better employee experience.
Resolve internal customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Partner with business partners in projects and M&A activities for secure client endpoint solutions.
Perform documentation requirements, including reviews, recommendations, technical input, writing, and presentations.
Collaborate on configuration, strategy, and solutions for client endpoint management systems, deployments, and configurations.
Support Enterprise VDI solution, application packaging and profile management
Administer and maintain cloud platforms.
Patch and service Windows, iOS, Linux, and 3rd party software.
Provide reporting and metrics for ongoing operational activities.
Configure, test, deploy, and support client endpoint security applications, policies, and configurations.
Qualifications:
Associate degree in a related IT technical field required, bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 5+ years of IT technical experience.
Completion of Lean 101, 102, and 103 platform trainings within 1 year of starting the position.
Ability to collaborate effectively with other teams and leaders to achieve positive outcomes.
Demonstrates professional attitude and awareness along with strong interpersonal skills.
Outstanding customer service skills with exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills along with being a self-starter while proactively seeking process improvements.

Ability to effectively communicate technical and non-technical issues and solutions to different teams and individuals across all levels of a global organization.
Deep technical and hands-on experience in administration and supporting:
Configuration management, OSD, and patching technologies (preferred experience with MECM and Intune Jamf for Apple/Linux)
VDI (preferred experience with Azure, Citrix, AWS Workspaces)
Application layering/packaging (preferred experience with Liquidware Flexapp)
Profile management (preferred experience with Liquidware Profile Unity)

Base Pay Range: $92,000 to $121,000.
