  Responsibilities

  Works under the direction of the Field Supervisor or General Managerto install HVAC equipment and accessories in the customer\'s homeInstalls heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigerationequipment, as well as accessories, in accordance with companyrequirements and manufacture specifications. As needed, performslimited diagnostics.Designs, fabricates, and installs various ducts and duct fittings asrequiredPerforms start-ups on air conditioning and heating systems and othercomponentsDelivers excellent customer service and sustains high levels ofcustomer satisfaction.Promotes products and services to the customer. Calls Sales andService Coordinator with specifics on replacement product salesleads generated from customer service visit.Responsible for delivery and removal of equipment needed to completethe installation workEnsures company property, vehicles, and tools are being properlyused, maintained, and accounted for Completes all paperwork in aneat, accurate, thorough, and timely manner. Collects payment fromcustomerRepresents the company professionally, honestly, and ethically inall business matters and concernsResponsible for keeping installation vehicle clean and neat bothinside and outside in keeping with the company\'s professional imageFollows standard procedures and process, ensures that the companyvehicle is properly stocked, returns defective warranty parts tobranch, and orders/replenishes vehicle stock as needed. May beresponsible for completing material requisition forms and relatedadministrative activities.Assists the Field Super isor or General Manager with sitesupervision, planning, and estimatingAssists the Field Supervisor or General Manager with completingquality audits on selected installations to ensure superiorperformance, quality, and customer satisfactionTrains other installers in technical skills and company procedures,as assignedPerforms similar/other duties as needed or assignedHealth & Safety Roles and Responsibilities

  Reports any unsafe acts, conditions and hazards to directsupervisor/manager immediately

  Reports any contravention of legislation or company policy, procedure orprogram to direct supervisor/manager immediately

  Corrects substandard acts or conditions within area of control

  Uses and maintains appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) asprescribed by company program(s) or procedure(s)

  Never removes or renders ineffective any safety guards, devices, orclothi
