　　We are looking for an IT Business Systems Applications Intern to join our 2024 internship program in St. Charles, MO! Our 12-week internship program is designed to provide real-world and hands-on experience in areas that interest you! As an intern, you will collaborate with industry experts to solve real-world challenges and change the way we do business.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Support IT Business Systems Analysts on two primary business improvement projects:

　　New user creation process improvement

　　Reporting security improvements

　　Engage with local Business Unit Human Resources to fact find and report out on findings.

　　Collaborate with IT service management to triage and support issues regarding the execution of intern projects.

　　Requirements:

　　Must be a US Person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident)

　　Qualified candidates will be enrolled in a Bachelors’ degree program, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Networking and Telecommunications, Information Science, or Management Information Systems, or other related fields.

　　Experience with Windows 10

　　Excellent organizational skills, with a disciplined approach to implementation, support and documentation.

　　Collaborations Tools (Online Meetings, SharePoint, Instant Messaging, etc.)

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　SQL (preferred but not required).

　　Crystal Reports (preferred but not required).
