Join Our Mission The Business Services Systems Analyst will activelycollaborate with business units, clinical staff, and technical teams todevelop, customize, and optimize the utilization of the Netsmart MyEVOLVplatform in alignment with the organization\'s operational and clinicalobjectives. This individual will be instrumental in translating userrequirements and issues into actionable specifications and solutions,ensuring seamless functionality and compliance with cybersecurity riskmanagement policies, the NIST framework, and HIPAA regulations. Bygenerating and maintaining custom reports and ensuring effectivecommunication between all stakeholders, the analyst will play a pivotalrole in supporting data-driven decision-making and enhancing thedelivery of youth services. Through continuous professional development,they will ensure that the agency remains at the forefront oftechnological advancements in Business Intelligence and healthcareservice delivery. Job Responsibilities - Work with business units tocreate specifications documents for reports, system enhancements, andother information services technology projects. - Liaison betweenbusiness users, technical personnel, and vendors. - Client servicesresolution through reviews, analysis, escalation, and documenting issuesfor assigned business services. - Create business requirementsdocuments. - Assess business processes to find business processimprovement activities. - Write process documents for business area endusers. - Document technical systems and processes. - Assess proposedtechnical solutions for conformance to specifications and businessneeds. - Create test cases relevant to technical solutions. - Assessresults of test cases and track identified defects with technicalpersonnel - Customize, troubleshoot, and optimize the Netsmart MyEVOLVplatform based on user input and business requirements. - Generate andmaintain custom reports within the MyEVOLV system to support clinicaloperations and decision-making. - Collaborate closely with clinicalstaff to understand and support their data and reporting needs. -Maintain and ensure compliance with HIPAA and NIST framework, especiallyin the customization and usage of the Netsmart MyEVOLV platform. -Create clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation toensure smooth operations and compliance. - Actively pursue professionalgrowth opportunities and certifications in Netsmart MyEVOLV, BusinessIntelligence, and other relevant technologies. - Effective CommunicationSkills; Strong organizational skills. - Demonstrates strong analyticalproblem-solving ability. - Demonstrated ability to understand andsupport clinical work and healthcare delivery. - Working knowledge ofMicrosoft 365. Job Requirements - Bachelor\'s degree plus three [3]three or more years working in a business analyst role ormanaging/coordinating information technology projects. o Bachelor\'sdegree requirement may be waived if for candidates with 6+ years in arelated role. o Bachelor\'s degree requirement may be waived forcandidates with relevant industry certifications such as CertifiedBusiness Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI Professional in BusinessAnalysis (PMI-PBA), or Project Management Professional (PMP) - Strongpreference will be given to candidates with prior experience withNetsmart MyEVOLV - Strong preference will be given to candidates withprior experience working for a Youth Services organization. - Thepreferred candidate will have experience with SQL queries and creatingbusiness intelligence dashboards and reports with Microsoft PowerBI -Experience evaluating or authoring technical specifications orrequirements documents. - Actively pursue professional growthopportunities and certifications in Technology.
