In order to make what matters work we are hiring an
IT Business Analyst
based in our office in Warsaw, Poland
(hybrid work)
What you'll do:
As an IT Business Analyst, you will evaluate, design and implement sales solutions based on business processes and desired capabilities.
You will work closely with business process owners, developers and end users, collaborate across technical resources supporting other Eaton applications.
The projects would consist of applications / technologies used by our sales teams.
Responsibilities:
Participate in implementation/enhancement projects for Eaton sales tools using agile methodologies
Partner with process owners and business users on requirements and processes
Play a key role in the entire project lifecycle from requirements to go-live
Gather and document user stories using interviews, requirements workshops, site visits, business process flows, use cases, and scenarios
Provide knowledge, guidance, and industry best practices towards solution design on the platform
Work with architects and developers to transform requirements into features
Participate in unit testing and system integration testing to validate development meets business requirements
Prepare for user acceptance testing by writing test scripts and organizing test data for end users
Lead user acceptance testing events including managing bugs and enhancements resulting from the testing
Coordinate between development team and end users for bug retesting and resolution
Prepare and provide demos as required to business process owners and other key stakeholders
Support Project Managers with identifying risks, issues and overall status updates
Collaborate with other IT teams across Eaton including ERP, Security, BI, Master Data Management, etc.
Interact with senior level leaders at divisional or regional level to explain complex system issues and decision points using common business language (without using IT terms and language)
Provide inputs to the set-up and governance of consolidated, worldwide target processes
Cultivate innovation
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution
3+ years of relevant professional experience
Fluent Business English, other languages are very welcome
Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Jira, Oracle SPQ - very nice to have
Excellent communication skills on all levels within the organization
Experience in working in Agile environment - very nice to have
A good level of system functional expertise and technical capabilities
Experienced in completing at least one full life-cycle (design, build, test, deploy) project
Able to fully understand the interrelationship to other modules
Ready to travel up to 25% of the working time
