KDKA-TV Pittsburgh is seeking a highly creative multi-media producer to join our dynamic team! As Creative Producer, you would be an integral in crafting commercial campaigns for advertisers and serve in a supporting role across the content, news and marketing teams. You flourish with generating innovative ideas for clients to grow their businesses, driving the production, supervising post-production, and delivering memorable, effective spots. You are also an excellent collaborator working across multiple departments at KDKA-TV. You are multi-skilled, take risks, and have pride in finding creative solutions for internal and external clients alike.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Coordinate and lead/manage all aspects of video production projects from start to finish including idea generation, scripting, production planning and coordination, directing crew and talent, and post-production supervision

　　Support all departments with the production of promotional spots, content, and live event

　　Take responsibility for delivery of projects timely and on-budget

　　Assist with other department projects including brand development, brainstorming, and content-creation

　　Assist with station community events and activations

　　Available to work nights and the occasional weekend as needed

　　Requirements:

　　Bachelors degree in media, journalism or marketing

　　Minimum 4-years of experience in similar role

　　Excellent writing/storytelling skills and the ability to produce effective videos with compelling copy and creative visual

　　Experience in video production

　　Knowledge of videography, video editing, lighting, audio, studio production and location production.

　　Shooting, editing, and animation skills are a bonus

　　Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

　　Ability to multi-task in a creative, fast-paced environment and handle deadlines

　　Be able to work on remote locations and the KDKA-TV Studios

　　Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite

　　Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

　　Must provide writing samples and portfolio
