　　Position Summary

　　Our IT Applications team is seeking an Application Analyst Intern for Summer 2024! This position will be located out of our Mentor, OH office.

　　In this internship, you'll gain:

　　Understanding of working on a custom-developed application

　　Hands on experience working with a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

　　Knowledge of CRM system and on documenting requirements

　　Proficiency in application testing

　　Duties

　　Interns will be responsible for:

　　Assisting in bi-monthly application change releases

　　Working with onsite and offshore teams to implement changes required for the release

　　Testing the system changes

　　Assisting in documenting requirements and/or test cases

　　Required Experience

　　Education: Undergrad Junior or Senior pursuing major or minor in computer science or information systems OR Masters 1st or a 2nd-year student pursuing computer science or information systems

　　Skills:

　　Must have taken at least 1 programming class (required)

　　Completed at least 2 computer science courses (required)

　　Basic understanding of applications

　　Experience in C# is highly preferred

　　Familiarity with JavaScript or React.JS is a plus

　　SQL knowledge is a plus

　　Effective verbal and written communication

　　Good organization and analytical skills

　　Ability to troubleshoot, effectively problem solve, and think outside the box
