  Overview

  IT Analyst IIWestwood Professional Services, Inc.Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking an IT Analyst II to join our team. This role works independently, a self -starter, and is responsible for ensuring their areas are supported. This includes timely delivery of technical support services to the enterprise, in close collaboration and interaction with business users, while ensuring the support services bring the expected business value and are in alignment with business strategies.. 

  Duties and Responsibilities

  Be the first point of contact for support and manage tickets in ServiceDeskProvide Operational support for office equipment (e.g. printer, plotters, service calls)Work with users in-person or remotely to resolve a high percentage of reported issuesProvide up-to-date imaged computers to users along with requested software and deploy updates as neededEnhance and document processes used for support through collaborationManage, support, and procure Telecommunication equipmentOrder computers and IT supplies from our preferred VendorsMaintain computer inventory and replacement plan, update plans as needed for best supportProvide problem identification, identify and initiate solutions, and escalation as necessarySupport business operations by engaging key staff (IE: admins, office leads, PM's, etc.)Lead team meetings, initiate conversations with the offices/business to understand what support they needWork to make IT Services Support be viewed as the single resource for obtaining Technology SupportTake initiative to enhance IT processes including support, equipment orders, onboarding, offboarding, and other items as they come upSelf-starter, able to work independently, and make decisions to better serve users and offices that are supported in this roleRequired Skills

  Enrolled in or completed an IT-related education programFamiliarity with the Microsoft Productivity tools (Ex: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Willingness to learn and stay on top of the industry, current trends, and IT practicesExceptional problem-solving and organization skillsAbility to work with others and provide great customer service to the UsersHave good communication skills and a sociable mannerMaintain strong attention to detail in high-pressure situationsAbility to diffuse a situation that has escalatedAbout Westwood Professional Services, Inc.
