Job Summary
This position will assist with the day to day isolation housing operation, coordinating with campus partners. They will work on a team that coordinates the residential operation of Isolation Housing (IH) and be responsible for IHI service delivery. They will support the work of the vaccine compliance team by responding to inquiries and will follow up with campus partners to resolve student concerns and document compliance in relevant reports. This position requires a strong focus on a positive student experience.
This is a limited term appointment with an end date of 12/24/2025 with the potential to re-evaluate for an extension
This term limited, full time position is benefits-eligible. Some evenings and weekends are required
There will not be direct physical contact with students who are in Isolation Housing
Responsibilities*
Customer Service (70%)
Receive referrals for students who need on-campus Isolation Housing
Coordinate their check-in and check-out procedures and information pertinent to students' stay in Isolation housing and transportation, and referring student to other campus offices for on-going support and assistance
Assist with coordination of supplies
Respond to inquiries from students in isolation regarding immediate basic needs, apartment repairs, supply, amenity, food needs, and connections to resources, etc. When necessary drive a University vehicle to deliver supplies
Complete regular inventory of supplies that are supplied by Isolation Housing
Outreach to students in Isolation Housing to provide support and connect with appropriate case management/critical incident response resources
Respond to Compliance and Accountability emails
Contribute to a service oriented culture with a strong focus on the student experience during their time in Isolation Housing
Facilitate timely responses to all inquiries related to the campus covid-19 and vaccine compliance protocols
Data Entry and Administration (30%)
Update and manage data in Sharepoint and StarRez systems to accurately reflect Isolation resident and apartment status.
Enter and track information into Salesforce, shared documents, tracking logs, and other relevant databases
Inventory management of Isolation Coordination Center supplies and linen, order replenishment.
Required Qualifications*
High School Diploma
Experience working with a diverse population
Current Driver's License and ability to drive in the United States
Experience delivering supportive customer service with a high level of professionalism
Minimum 1-year of experience with technology; such as spreadsheets, sharepoint, and Google platform
Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
Desired Qualifications*
Bachelor's Degree
1 year call center or other related customer service experience
Experience managing competing priorities

Financial/Budgetary Responsibility
No budget oversight.
Working conditions
This is a limited term appointment with an end date of 12/24/2025 with the potential to re-evaluate for an extension.
Work hours involve a combination of hours that includes weekdays and Saturday or Sunday and some evening hours between 8am-8pm. Work is largely on campus but may involve some remote work hours. Hours will adjust in collaboration with campus partner services.
Physical requirements
The Incumbent may be required to be stationary for long periods of time. Extensive computer and phone use required.

Relocation will not be offered for this position.
