　　RATE OF PAY IS DEPENDENT UPON PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE AND ANY CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES YOU HOLD, STARTING RANGE OF PAY IS $20 - $35 PER HOUR.

　　You’d be responsible for:

　　Detecting and making necessary repairs to the irrigation system

　　Accurately reading various gauges related to the irrigation system

　　Managing employees and oversee production in the field

　　Ensuring a safe environment for other workers and vendors, clients and for all employees

　　Operating light/heavy equipment effectively and according to all regulations

　　Ensure that equipment is maintained and managed; alert supervisors if there are any issues

　　Reporting any problems with job site or equipment immediately

　　Demonstrating role model behaviors on ethics and integrity as well as positively promoting Company culture

　　You might be a good fit if you have:

　　Minimum of 2 years of experience in irrigation

　　And while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have:

　　Strong work ethic

　　Knowledge of blueprints

　　Effective oral and written communication skills

　　Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment

　　Bilingual (Spanish)

　　Irrigation certification
