What you willdo: This role supports the development and administration of all aspectsof the regulatory compliance programs as assigned, including compliancepolicies and procedures, portfolio compliance, compliance training,testing and risk management, vendor due diligence and oversight,violations management, regulatory filings and reporting. Focused oncompliance support of Northwestern Mutual\'s registered investmentadviser and private fund products. May also work in support of otherdepartment and team compliance responsibilities, including complianceservices to the company\'s registered mutual fund family. How you willdo it: Assist in all aspects of the administration of Rule 206(4)-7compliance programs, as needed. Assist in the preparation of regulatoryfilings, including but not limited to Forms ADV and PF. Assist in thepreparation and review of regulatory disclosures, marketing andadvertising materials, and responses to investor and other due diligencerequests. Support the periodic distribution and review of compliancepolicies and procedures. Prepare compliance reports and relatedmaterials for boards and committees. Serve as compliance staff onvarious governance committees and working groups. Assist in corecompliance monitoring practices, including account guidelinesmonitoring, compliance with regulatory rules and electroniccommunications monitoring. Coordinate and assess compliance relatedreports and other information from internal and external sources withthe overall design and purpose of the compliance program in mind andassist in the identification and design of program improvements as aresult.
