Kelly Services is currently hiring an Inventory Specialist to work at a Fortune 50 Aerospace and Defense company in Norton Shores, Michigan. This position will manage the spare parts shelf, manage engine logbooks, provide status reports, managel material maintenance and assist in other front office needs.

　　Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

　　$17.00 per hourShift:

　　Monday thru Friday - 8am-5pmAs an Inventory Specialist your responsibilities include:

　　RTS (Reduce to Spare Parts) Coordinator responsibilities.

　　Maintain RTS shelf and resolve any discrepancies.

　　Review log books and obtain B2B data for engine components.

　　Manage/store engine log books according to established process.

　　Maintain material master; set up new parts, extend existing parts and valuation types as needed.

　　Create internal PO’s and facilitate receiving, as required.

　　Provide weekly status reports from suppliers.

　　File customer/client paperwork in physical files, as required

　　Serve as a switchboard/front desk back/up, as required.

　　Maintain a professional image when communicating with internal/external customers.

　　Provide timely assistance to RTS and Business Services team on any special projects.

　　Coordinate with KOCG Operations Supervisor, Manager or Director, as required.

　　Perform any additional tasks assigned by KellyOCG management.

　　Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

　　Must be highly organized and be able to work independently.

　　Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

　　Must be able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

　　High school diploma is required.

　　Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
