　　Responsibilities

　　Coordinates the procurement of raw and packaging materials based on customer requirements and production schedules, arranging shipments for finished goods as needed.

　　Utilizes customer systems for reporting purposes.

　　Audits OPM transactions related to inventory, such as production batches, receipts, and shipments.

　　Conducts cycle counting for Helena and toll items and makes necessary inventory adjustments.

　　Ensures accuracy in inventory records within OPM, performing an annual physical inventory count for Helena and toll customers.

　　Monitors idle inventory and rework products in OPM, reporting findings to managers.

　　Reviews inventory items at month-end close for accuracy and exceptions.

　　Undertakes additional tasks related to month-end, forecasting, budgeting, and OPM testing as assigned.

　　Maintains cleanliness both inside and outside the facility through good housekeeping practices.

　　Undertakes other duties assigned by the leader.

　　Regular and reliable attendance is mandatory.

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
