Position : Inventory Control Specialist

　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Become proficient in SAP and data tracking systems.

　　Become subject matter expert on use of SAP to train and assist with issues as they occur in the production process.

　　Assist in controlling and tracking all P&I receipts to proper storage locations, through system reconciliation and cycle counting activities.

　　Assist in insuring accuracy of P&I issuance to Process Orders, through system reconciliation and cycle counting activities.

　　Assist in maintaining accurate Finished Good inventory by location, through system reconciliation and cycle counting activities.

　　Assist in reconciling shipments to ensure billing accuracy.

　　Assist with daily and monthly cycle count program.

　　Reconcile completed shop orders to reflect accurate usage.

　　Other duties and tasks as assigned.

　　High School Diploma or GED

　　Excellent Communications and phone skills

　　Computer skills (email, MS Excel, MS Word, SAP)

　　Ability to multi-task

　　Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
