Description We are offering a role for an Inventory Clerk situated in Zeeland, Michigan. This position is within the manufacturing industry and presents a short term contract employment opportunity. The role involves maintaining the accuracy of inventory records in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Implement regular cycle counting activities to maintain the accuracy of inventory records.

• Compare physical inventory counts with system records to verify their accuracy.

• Investigate and address any discrepancies between physical counts and system records.

• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to identify the root causes of inventory discrepancies and take corrective actions.

• Document all inventory transactions and adjustments to maintain accurate inventory records.

• Monitor inventory levels of critical items and report any shortages or overages.

• Other duties as assigned, relating to inventory management and control.

• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Oracle Fusion HCM for data entry and cycle count tasks.

• Operate within a manufacturing environment, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites

• Experience with data entry procedures

• Familiarity with cycle count processes in a manufacturing setting

• Ability to perform cycle count tasks accurately and efficiently

• Previous experience in a manufacturing company is a plus

• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
