We are looking for an Inventory Clerk to join our growing team. In this multifaceted role, you will support and assist the Facilities Inventory and Administration departments by handling a variety of activities under the direction and guidance of Facilities Inventory management. Some of these activities may include reviewing documentation, partnering with vendors, and collaborating with internal partners to ensure accurate inventory.

　　Please note the working hours for this position will be Sunday-Wednesday 2:00pm-12:30am after completing training, which will be conducted Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.

　　As an Inventory Clerk, a typical day might include the following:

　　Supporting inventory database; performing inventory audits and records data, cycle counting, and running daily reports.

　　Receiving parts shipments and verifying against purchase orders for accuracy and updating current cost of parts upon receipt.

　　Helping ensure that critical parts are available for emergencies.

　　Providing stellar customer service to ensure deliveries are on time and accurate.

　　Communicating with inventory management and Engineering when inventory control issues are identified.

　　Responding to inventory requests, filling orders and completing kits.

　　Performing counts to ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to relevant SOPs and work instructions.

　　Participating in developing or improving upon inventory management procedures.

　　Stocking and distributing supplies, equipment or merchandise in addition to maintaining an orderly and debris-free inventory stock room.

　　Assisting with general administrative functions such as logging/filing of facilities related documents, preparing folders, general filing and/or copying.

　　To be considered for the Inventory Associate position you must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and the following minimum years of experience in database management/inventory control and customer service.

　　Inventory Clerk I: 0+ years

　　Inventory Clerk II: 2+ years

　　Inventory Clerk III: 5+ years

　　Ideal candidates will have an understanding of maintenance and parts and knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

　　Level will be determined based on qualifications relevant to the role.
