Description We are seeking an Inventory Analyst based in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role involves the effective management of inventory transactions, product movements, and cycle count transactions within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have the ability to navigate through the SAP system and ERP solutions with ease. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain inventory transactions in the SAP system

• Ensure accurate product picks and inventory moves within the system

• Efficiently resolve inventory issues through internal SAP experience

• Conduct cycle count transactions regularly to maintain inventory accuracy

• Assist in the logistics of inventory management

• Utilize Epic Software and IBM AS/400 for various tasks

• Interface with other departments to ensure smooth operation of inventory processes

• Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries

• Conduct internal auditing to ensure compliance with company policies

• Utilize communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members. Requirements • Proficiency in Epic Software is necessary for this role

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required

• Knowledge of ERP Solutions is essential

• Familiarity with IBM AS/400 is expected

• Proficiency in Interface Engine is necessary

• Experience with About Time is a must

• Skills in Auditing are required

• Familiarity with Collection Processes is essential

• Strong Communication skills are expected

• Excellent Customer Service skills are necessary

• Knowledge of SAP is required

• Experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management is preferred

• Proficiency in SAP Business Warehouse (BW) is preferred.
