Our Account Manager is expected to work closely with the respective Strategic Account Leader and play a strategic role in managing high impact opportunities within the sales channel vertical. The success of this role will rely largely on your ability to maintain key relationships and lead the execution of critical processes within the sales process.

Maintain Strategic Relationships with Our Customer Accounts
Achieve sales target in assigned territories by promoting features and benefits of BD products to current customers in accordance with directives set out by strategic account and segment marketing leader.Business development function in identifying, engaging, and growing new customers in assigned territories.Establish, develop, and grow long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and Key Opinion Leaders in the medical device or healthcare sector within the assigned geographic area to achieve sales & category share growth.Proactively engage with existing customers to maintain strategic relationshipsAnticipate potential service problems and actively work towards addressing themConsolidate related data on customer satisfaction to drive better solutioning and recommendationsActively seek to understand the assigned account's strategic priorities and developing appropriate value-added programs for them with a focus on holistic solution selling (i.e., packaging complementary products across business units as a holistic solution)
Ongoing Fulfillment and Delivery
Conduct presentations as required to existing or new customers and patients for any of the following purpose: - introduction to business/product, product application, disease management, management evaluation, etc.Expand sales and brand loyalty within strategic accounts within the assigned geographic area.Accountable for the regular order-taking, fulfilment, and delivery post-conversion for assigned accounts.Provide valuable insights on development of sales strategies to better meet customer needs prioritizing a shift to holistic solution selling
Manage Distributor Performance
Cultivate and build strategic relationships across a network of distributors to ensure fulfilment of customer ordersProvide functional leadership to distributor salesforce teams in day-to-day demand generationTrain and motivate distributor salesforce teams
Provide Insights on Sales Landscape and Forecast
Provide valuable insights to sales forecasts as inputs into the overall demand planning and the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) processesAnalyze sales and industry trends and make appropriate recommendations to the SAL to ensure long-range planning needs pertaining to one's area of responsibility are metWork with segment marketing to lead territory demand generation activities and raise awareness and increase the demand of the Company's product lines within the assigned geographic area.Work with relevant teams (e.g. Clinical Specialists) to develop and manage all sales relate business activity and key accounts within the specified territory.
Experience and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience and knowledge of Oncology and Biopsy markets coupled with strong business acumenBachelor's Degree in the field of Science/ Pharmacy/ Nursing requiredAt least 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in the Medical Device industryPreferably in Biopsy related fields.
