About Internship - Customer Database Support

　　Internship in Operation Center with focus on Customer Service is a good opportunity to support Colleagues and the Company during the time of changes. On this position you will be involved in activities supporting project that will help the whole Company align and standardize data. You will play very important role in improving the data quality and processes in the Salesforce tool.

　　Your responsibilities

　　Verification of customer data in the Salesforce toolPreparation of simple reportsCooperation with Service Project ManagersData cleansing

　　Your background

　　You are a university student graduating in September 2024 or later

　　You have good knowledge of Excel

　　You demonstrate willingness to learn and "can-do" attitude

　　You are a team player that wants to support other Colleagues and learn from them

　　You are proficient in English (written and spoken)
