The Case Management Intern will be an integral member ofthe team by collaborating and assisting clients meet their goals,including: Providing case management support, including education andreferrals to support clients in meeting their goals, and work closelywith program staff to collaborate on client needs. Conductingassessments, maintain case notes. In-home support (light housekeeping)Qualifications: Pursuing a degree in Human Services or a related fieldValid Driver\'s License Comfortable driving throughout Milwaukee County,including neighborhoods like: West Allis, Greenfield, South Milwaukee,Wauwatosa, and Glendale.
