Key Responsibilities: * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up. * Assist customers in navigating the online sales platform, guiding them through the purchase process. * Provide accurate and detailed information on pricing, promotions, and product availability. * Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes. * Collaborate with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to optimize the online sales process. * Share insights and best practices with team members.
