  Intern/Co-op – Learning Advisor Consultant - Summer Term (May 6, 2024 – August 17, 2024)

  Applicants are required to read, write, and speak the following languages: English

  Division: Oracle NetSuite Global Business Unit

  Locations: Mississauga, CAN (Hybrid)

  Interested in applying your business skills at Oracle NetSuite (#1 Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP))?

  During the work term, what will you do?

  Understand the basics of the NetSuite application in the main functional areas as they relate to customer learning requirements

  Advise customers on their training plans by learning how they will use the NetSuite application and assessing their end user learning needs

  Deliver training sessions to end users through Zoom (e.g., How to use NetSuite’s basic functionalities)

  Develop customer specific end user training reference materials leveraging NetSuite assets (e.g., Quick Reference Guides)

  Advise multiple concurrent customer training projects and deliver on time and on budget with flexibility to manage a changing schedule of differing complexities with ease, grace and appropriate oversight

  What do you need to succeed?

  Current undergrad students in business / accounting / finance (Class of 2025 only)

  GPA of 3.0+ preferred

  Strong desire to build a career within Consulting

  Strong presentation, training and group facilitation skills

  Excellent written and verbal English skills that can be applied to documentation development, curriculum review, delivery and communication

  Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple demands and reprioritize as customer timelines shift

  Effective when working independently and in team environments

  Availability to work M-F 9am-5pm (May 6, 2024 – August 17, 2024) (37.5 hours / week)

  The role will be hybrid – mostly remote, with flexibility to travel to the Mississauga office for team meetings
