GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Responsible for operations matters for specific International customers or projects. The individual works with all personnel to ensure the demands of the project are met. Communicate expectations of the customer to Workstrings management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet with customers to review scope of project for pre-planning purposes
Ensure all necessary equipment for projects are available within the time frame
Coordinate shipping and receiving through international customer correspondence
Expedite equipment as necessary to fulfill international customer demands
Maintain records of in-process order activities
Update dispatchers, operations managers and inventory control personnel of significant events
Inspect or have equipment inspected, delivered, repaired or modified as necessary
Generate customer order forms, ARW, inspection criteria forms, delivery tickets, purchase orders, repair tickets and rental return tickets as necessary
Assist in maintaining inventory control accuracy
Communicate with international customers and vendors regarding equipment location and status
Provide shop operations and transportation personnel direction regarding items for shipping and receiving
Interact with accounting personnel regarding accounts receivable and accounts payable as necessary for the project
Notify QA personnel on status of repaired or modified equipment
Follow and adhere to QA/HSE policies and procedures
Available to travel to international locations as needed
Other duties as assigned by superiors
T ECHNICAL SKILLS
Knowledge of company equipment
Good verbal and writing communication skills
Skill to use a personal computer and various software packages
Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision
Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems
