　　As an Internal Communications Specialist at Avanade, you will design and deliver impactful internal communications campaigns and activities that align with our business objectives, vision and values. You will also collaborate with other internal communications functions and stakeholders across the organization to ensure consistent, compelling and consumable communications - across all audiences and channels.

　　What you´ll do: * Write clear, engaging and impactful communications for various channels and audiences, such as leadership or organizational change announcements, social media posts, scripts and talking points. * Oversee the creation of content and assets for internal events, such as webinars, town halls, newsletters, and podcasts. * Translate complex technology content into messages that are clear, consumable and engaging across a variety of audiences and platforms. * Help support the project management of communications programs for the business group, such as planning, budgeting, tracking and reporting. * Work closely with the Internal Communications Lead and members of a cross functional marketing team to apply best practices as well as innovative thinking to how we reach our people in meaningful and impactful ways. * Research and analyze the latest trends and best practices in internal communications and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

　　Skills and experiences: * Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing or related field or applicable work experience. * Solid Experience in internal communications, preferably in the technology or AI industry preferred. * Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. * Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Experience in technology industry preferred, but not required. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams and other communication tools.
