  Job Description

  Job Description Summary: As an Internal communications Specialist you will be responsible to support the long-term goals of the board and company and deliver professional work of considerable difficulty overseeing a range of administrative functions related to HR management, employee advancement, and customer assistance and also conduct regular HR training for employees and supervisors.

  Job Description:

  As an Internal communications Specialist, you will be:

  Responsible for creating and implementing internal/employee and communications content and contributing to programs that actively engage internal audiences on a global company wide basis. Will be responsible for Employee relations and Engagement. Translating business strategies into key messages, develops appropriate internal communications initiatives in support of those strategies, and executes and drives programs that create excitement, drive engagement, align teams and shape culture. Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation. Review, design, and execute improvements to organizational structure; find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity The ideal candidate will have proven ability to execute communications plans, strong writing skills, and a natural ability to think strategically while delivering tactical results. Helps create a best-in-class internal communications function that fuels employee engagement, influences connectivity and culture, positively impacting all offices. Develops communication using a variety of tactics (written communications, presentations, virtual and other platforms, town halls, small group meetings, etc.) to articulate key messages. Assists in the planning, coordination and execution of internal employee events as needed and appropriate.Assists in writing and editing impactful and engaging content that effectively describes and promotes Culture & Talent initiatives in support of company goals and culture. Works with appropriate stakeholders to create and maintain content for employee communication channels, and partners with the broader Marketing and IT teams to explores/recommends new channels or technologies where possible.

  Required Skills:

  Demonstrated ability to think analytically and develop solutions that meet the business needs Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently deliver high quality results on-time and on-budget. Highly motivated, persuasive, priority-driven and collaborative. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in small and large groups. Consistently demonstrates strong business acumen and judgment. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to build relationships and collaborate across the broader Marketing and Sales team, with the company's Culture & Talent team and other teams. Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with employees and tames across the organization. Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, communications, HR, marketing or a related field. Experience managing branded social media accounts and proficiency with Google Analytics and HTML-based content management systems
