　　This role is part of the Corporate Communications team which is responsible for internal and external communications. We're looking for an Internal Communications intern who'll be responsible for publishing and writing content for our internal channels, with a main focus as community manager for our social collaboration platform. Its responsibilities are at the heart of our employees, so aspiring to engage the organization and being creative must be in your DNA. Are you the enthusiastic, dynamic intern we're looking for?

　　What you'll do

　　• Write content and support publication on content management system.

　　• Community manager for social collaboration platform.

　　• Support corporate campaigns, events and drive online engagement and activation, including CSR and Sustainability.

　　• Creating and the sending of internal mass mails and newsletters.

　　• Monitoring and driving creation of content for our internal social collaboration platform.

　　• Creating training materials for our internal channels.

　　• Help optimize our outreach by analyzing analytics on internal channels.

　　What you'll need

　　• Currently studying towards your bachelor HBO / master of science WO in Communications or other related studies.

　　• Excellent written and verbal English skills.

　　• Experience with digital platforms and knowledge of the latest communications trends.

　　• Experience with Google Analytics, good plus if you have experience with Photoshop/InDesign and editing videos.

　　• Proactive and hands on mentality.

　　• EU/EER students: In order to be considered for this internship, you need to be registered as a student during the entire internship period. Formal documentation of this may be requested at any time.

　　• Non-EU students in Dutch Universities: You need to be registered as a student and your university needs to sign the Nuffic Agreement. The internship needs to be a compulsory part of your studies (receive ECTS in turn). In case of non-compulsory internship, you need to have a letter from the university in which it states that your internship contributes to your personal development, what your learning goals are and what tasks you will undertake during your internship. The letter has to be signed and stamped by your university.

　　• Non-EU students in non-Dutch Universities: You need to be registered as a student and the internship should be a compulsory part of your studies. Also, you need to be able to get the official approval of your university for this internship (Nuffic agreement).
