This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the organization while gaining hands-on experience in the fields of Category Management, Insights, and Sales * How will you fit in the big picture?* The intern will work within the Category Management & Insights team, which* influences customers to make insight led decisions that will drive performance for the retailer while supporting Hershey Canada’s strategic objectives. The team will work across functions within the Hershey Canada organization to understand the opportunities and risk in the marketplace and in turn develop strategies and insights to drive growth amongst these conditions. The team is an indispensable partner for the sales organization in driving our strategy through to execution by delivering category centric solutions grounded in actionable insights. * _What will you do?_ * Be a core member of project teams throughout your internship, solving problems that have true impact to the Hershey business in Canada * Opportunity to provide leadership in delivering value and insights to the Sales organization as basis for profitable growth * Learn about the Hershey organization and the dynamics of a leading and high performing CPG company * Be coached by an experienced finance manager, who is committed to your success * Be accountable for delivering the following: o * Financial Reporting: Will develop sustainable reporting and tools that will assist our cross functional team in making profitable business decisions (sales, promotional spending, profit, waste). Work with Sales Finance Manager to review end to end reporting structure.
