The Position

Key responsibilities include, but are not exclusively:

The position is responsible for supporting PR colleagues, internal communications, hiring activities and internal events.

Support of PR and Communication team:

Provide support for organizing visitors’ events, excursions, conferences, and employee events

Work on internal communication projects, coordinate PR articles, keep information screens and other internal channels like iConnect, Yammer up to date

Assist with coordination of job fairs - preparation for hiring events, flyers, communication with organizers etc.

Promotional items, merchandising – provide ideas, manage inventory

Requirements:

University student – optimal in 1st or 2nd year of study, e. g. Marketing, Business Management

Interested in PR and marketing and motivated to develop in this area

Quality driven with attention to detail, process-oriented person

Ability to work approximately 20 hours per week, contract duration 1 year

Native Czech speaker

Good knowledge of written and spoken English / level B2

Good knowledge of MS Office, esp. Excel (pivot table, using of functions) and Outlook functionality

Interest in new media, marketing trends

Min. 1 years of experience in a marketing area, experience from global international company is of an advantage

Work with graphic programs is an advantage

Photography experience is an advantage
