　　This Intern – Engineering position will be located at our Tempcraft Cleveland Operations facility located in Cleveland, OH (3960 S. Marginal Road). We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic student to join our team as an Intern – Engineer. This position will assist engineering and manufacturing in driving improvements in quality and delivery performance through process control and product improvement initiatives. This position will also be a part of improvement projects throughout our campus.*Qualifications for Internal Candidates

　　Minimum completion of Sophomore level coursework from an accredited institution. Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Seeking strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent analytical and organization skills, and ability to work in a self-directed or team environment. Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing a plus. Relevant internship / work / research experience preferred.Location
