Job Description As theCustomer Success Enablement Project Manager Intern, you will design andexecute onboarding and continuing education programs for the CustomerSuccess Organization. You will work closely with various teams includingCustomer Success Management, Operations and Strategy, Training and/orMarketing, and Sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion forproblem-solving, coaching, and simplifying concepts to support learningand stand-in relationships within the Customer Success Organization.Your Responsibilities: Develop, execute, optimize, and assess employeeonboarding and ever-boarding, while strategizing for continuingeducation. Develop a clear end-to-end Customer Success enablement planto support the Customer Success Managers ability to renew our Servicesand Software. Collaborate with the Services and Software on developingcontent, mapping learning plans to drive product competency with ourCustomer Success Managers. Identify analytics to monitor performanceindicators, primary areas of opportunity and training needs to improveCustomer Success enablement and performance. Work with Leadership tocommunicate feedback, success stories, roadblocks, and lessons learned.Develop Learning Plans and a monthly Customer Success Newsletter.
