　　We are a team that regularly collaborates to deliver results. We analyze and compute differences between tax law and Statutory accounting principles and reflect these differences on federal and state tax returns. Our team also calculates quarterly and annual tax provisions and related financial statement disclosures. We monitor tax law changes, cash tax optimization and take steps to mitigate many types of risk.  As a department, we want to provide our interns with the best "real world" experience as possible in an engaging environment!

　　While this internship is offered virtually this year, our tax intern will gain a lot of experience and be able to network with tax professionals.  Our intern will learn about tax and our tax software while preparing various state income tax returns and assist with the preparation of federal income tax return adjustments, as needed.  They may also help with process improvement initiatives, providing feedback on the process in real-time.  Other projects as assigned.

　　Skills/Qualifications Desired:

　　Progress toward an accounting or business analytics degree, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and strong communication skills are required.
