　　We are seeking a dynamic Confluence Content Coordinator. The primary focus of this role will be to update and manage our Confluence wiki, specifically cataloging our global Lab footprint. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with Confluence or similar wiki platforms and proficient in handling data, creating dashboards, and presenting information in an organized and visually appealing manner. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with various teams and individuals to collect relevant information and create a cohesive narrative.

　　Key Responsibilities: Update and manage content on our Confluence wiki, ensuring information is accurate, up-to-date, and visually engaging. Utilize Confluence to create dashboards, present data, and upload photos to enhance the overall user experience. Collaborate with different teams and individuals to collect necessary information and consolidate data from various sources. Research and analyze technical documentation to gather relevant details and integrate them into the Confluence pages. Organize and structure information in a clear and coherent manner, making it easily accessible for users. Ensure that all content meets established standards for quality, consistency, and accuracy. Act as a liaison between teams to facilitate the collection of information and ensure all relevant data is included in the documentation. Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into user-friendly language. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience with Confluence or other wiki platforms. Strong understanding of technical diagrams/drawings. Strong proficiency in data management, visualization, and presentation. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to collect and consolidate information effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various teams and individuals. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and consistency. Background in technical writing, graphic design, data analytics, or AV systems. Fluency in English is required. We will review applications on a rolling basis.
