This is a full time internship position. This role collaborates with a delivery team and stakeholders to accomplish software development priorities. The primary responsibility of this role is writing, splitting and refining user stories and defects by gathering and analyzing data regarding business operations and improvement opportunities that can be addressed in the assigned software products. This temporary full-time internship is effective from June 3rd through August 23rd.

Essential Job Functions:

Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions to understand business unit needs and subsequently be able to translate those needs into tangible, consumable requirements by various audiences

Author and maintain software requirements with user stories, use cases, functional requirements and requirements modeling techniques

Assist in planning and designing business processes and in formulating recommendations to improve and support business activities

Assist the Scrum Master with keeping the team organized and on track

Participate in agile ceremonies such as daily standup, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives

Such other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in preferred field of study to include information technology, business, statistics, or finance

Student must be a Junior, Senior, or Graduate Student

Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task

Experience with Azure DevOps and agile software development a plus

The annual full time base salary range for this role is ($ - $). Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies.
