　　Job Skills / Requirements

　　We are having open interviews for this location January 24th-25th 8am-4:30pm

　　Utility Specialist are responsible for loading and unloading cleaning supplies. Making deliveries to varous site. When not making deliveries and staging supplies, will also help Maintain cleanng and any maintenance of all assigned areas. Utility Specialist perform any combination of cleaning duties to maintain the daily upkeep and cleanliness of the facility, when not staging or moving supplies with forklift. Must have a clean MVR and a clean background.

　　Essential Functions

　　Other job duties for the utility specialists are:

　　Delivering Supplies

　　Ensure timely delivery of cleaning and custodial supplies.

　　Maintain an organized system for tracking and restocking

　　Special Projects:

　　Participate in and manage special cleaning projects as assigned

　　Coordinate with the custodial team to ensure project deadlines are met

　　Trash Hauling

　　collect and dispose of waste and recycling products from various areas to offsite locations when needed

　　Equipment

　　Perform simple maintenance checks on equipment and keep track of the location of assets to ensure that they are ready for emergencies

　　Job Requirements

　　Excellent work history

　　Team focused approach requiring ability to work with others and take direction

　　Physically demanding fast-paced environment requiring ability to work efficiently with attention to detail

　　Reliable transportation

　　Background check required

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　Education: High school degree preferred, but not required.

　　Experience: Previous forklift (2) years

　　Able to work as needed, fill in for call-off, vacation. Special project or events.
