  Summary

  Daymon is hiring for our 2024 Summer Internship Program. This individual will be with us for 8-12 weeks. Relocation assistance is provided to those who are not local to the area. Internships provide students with challenging, relevant work experience in their field of interest as well as introduce them to additional career opportunities. Internships may lead to future opportunities within the Company, although there are no guarantees for full-time employment. Internships are offered in the following areas: Sales & Marketing, Brand Strategy, Supply Chain, Analytics, and Retail.Internship Criteria:High School Diploma or GEDApplicants must be attending any accredited, two or four-year degree-granting institution or an accredited Graduate Master's or MBA program, in the United StatesApplicants must be of junior or senior status or have graduated during the previous yearApplicants must be working towards a Business or Business related major. Some applicable majors are:MarketingBusiness AdministrationFood ScienceFood MarketingAgricultureRetail StudiesResponsibilities:Responsible for leading or assisting in the completion of business unit projects as assignedAssist the business unit team with day-to-day work that covers activities across the divisionAssist in developing new systems, reports, and analytics to support business unit needsAudit/review documents submitted for completeness and accuracyWork with others in the business unit group on initiatives aimed at process improvementsPerform other duties as assignedThe salary range for this role is $20.00 per hourJob Will Remain Open Until Filled

Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
