　　Finance Manager

　　Responsible for Accounting for an entity which has USD 200 M revenue with 1700 employees.

　　Responsible for Monthly Group Reporting as per USGAAP

　　Managing / Reviewing Balance Sheet reconciliations and Signing off in Blackline tool

　　Preparation of Financial Statements & Driving the Statutory Audit , Internal Audits

　　Involve in Tax audits , Transfer Pricing Audits

　　Accounting support for Various Business - Trading , Manufacturing and Large set up of various COEs ( R&D, IT )

　　Finance Controls - Training , educating the commercial / finance teams and Ensuring Financial controls and adherence to Company policies

　　Working FP&A teams for Business Support

　　Supporting the Taxation team in providing the required information for Tax assessments etc

　　Skills, Knowledge and Experience

　　Candidate with 5- 7 years’ experience in MNC in Financial Reporting, Managing Statutory audits

　　Qualified Chartered Accountant

　　Good Communication skills

　　Well versed in Financial Systems (ERP- E1 / SAP )

　　Exposure to Hyperion planning would be an added advantage
