Our global success relies on empowered employees operating in an environment that breeds ideas and solutions, and we take every possible action to ensure this happens.Office Intern - Aftermarket Process TechExcellent opportunity to gain exposure to Exotic Metals Forming Aircraft Services (EMFAS) by performing a variety of marketing duties involving Repair Station data and capabilities. EMFAS was founded in 2001 and brings the experience, performance, and broad range of process capabilities of Exotic Metals Forming Company to the aftermarket. Responding to the fast-paced requirements of the aftermarket, EMFAS distributes FAA PMA-approved spares and, as an FAA repair station, sets the standard for quality repair with the shortest turn times in the market.The ideal candidate will be a sophomore or junior majoring in Marketing, Accounting, Economics, Business or Engineering, must have affinity for attention to detail, have excellent writing, computer and interpersonal skills, and be able to prioritize multiple tasks while working independently.Some projects that will be included over the summer will be working with our EMFAS Quality Engineer and Marketing Engineer on repair station technical data organization, updating repair capability listings, and gathering data on competitor repair station capabilities.Functions and Responsibilities:* Process Tech focus* Legacy support* NPDSkills and Requirements:Requires Sophomore or Junior standing Manufacturing Engineering or Lean related degree.Drug-Free WorkplaceIn accordance with Parker's policies and applicable state laws, Parker provides for a drug-free workplace.
