The Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer will be a pivotal member of our dynamic software development team. In this role, you'll take the lead in testing and releasing cutting-edge software solutions, upholding the highest standards of quality. Reporting directly to the Software Engineering Manager, this position is perfect for an energetic and detail-oriented individual who excels in collaborative team environments. In this role, you will:
• Proactively drive quality improvements across organizations, process enhancements, and the creation of effective testing tools.
• Bridge gap with Hardware, drive external QA resources. Work closely with application support to diagnose and address any escalations encountered in the field
• Develop and execute comprehensive software test plans for our application software, ensuring the reliability and performance of the product.
The essential requirements of the job include:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science.
• Demonstrate proficiency in writing automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
• Prior experience in the Print industry.
• Familiarity with color principles, Color Management, or ICC.
• Understanding of Agile and/or Scrum / Scrumban methodologies.
