By joining Peli Team in its EMEA Headquater in Barcelona, for your professional placement, you are ensure having the opportunity to be an active member of the Sales and Marketing departments and assisting the staff in their daily activities. This vacancy is open from Jan 2024 for minimal length 5 months.

　　What You’ll Do:

　　Gather information and existing training material from Sales and Marketing departments- Develop and design e-learning material converting PowerPoint slideware using Articulate 360 platform.- Concept-test the first test e-Learning module with a pilot audience.- Organize the conversion of all existing training modules into e-Learning units.- Run demos and provide training to individuals and user groups.- Acquire knowledge of LMS (Learning Management System) capabilities to recommend delivery strategies.- Create process documentation to enable Peli Products to develop new e-Learning modules.- Support to activities related to the development and maintenance of Peli’s D2C (Direct to Consumer) sales portal- Assist with PR/Communication, advertising and research of publications and media contacts.- Assist with preparation of PR/COM message of mailing campaigns (International scope).- Assist with community management and development of the social media channels.- Assist in the management of paid search and display campaigns mainly through Google Ads - Assist with content creation and outreach "link building" campaigns- Assist with the management of PELI's CRM platforms (HubSpot and Salesforce.com)- Assist in the development of literature in European languages and the creation of advertising. Help with the compilation of photos, download documents, dealing with graphics agency, translations, etc. - Help with the organization of trade shows and preparation of materials.- Help organizing stock of literature, promotional items and prepare shipments.- Participate in PR Online research, surveys and results, clippings/articles monitoring with final analysis.- Update Media Databases / Mass mailing programming.- Review/update/upload contents of online corporate documents (Website, among others).- Provide support on other projects as directed by the Marketing team.What You’ll Need: - Pursuing completion of a bachelor’s or master’s degree- Verbal and written fluency in English is a must. - Knowledge of other European languages would be an advantage.- Knowledge of other European languages is highly appreciated.- An interest in working in sales and a familiarity with the current sales techniques.- Flexibility and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced international environment.- High personal motivation, a positive attitude and customer orientation skills- Good communication and a predisposition to work hard and learn.
