　　Job Function Duties

　　Automation

　　Design, develop and implement custom solutions for the automation of existing or new processes

　　Members of the Intelligent Automation team will work on project-based assignments in small and large teams to deliver automated processes

　　Work closely with production support team to deploy into production, complete required documentation including lessons learned and execute knowledge transfer

　　Ability to implement the full life cycle of an automation solution: identify automation opportunities, gather requirements and develop, test and deploy automation solutions using Intelligent Automation tools

　　Training

　　Leverage Intelligent Automation tools, including but not limited to: Robocorp, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents and Noetix

　　Create training documents and support training events and workshops

　　Provide beginner level training to others

　　Provide support and guidance to Citizen Developers

　　Pursue and successfully pass Robocorp or Microsoft Certification

　　Continuous improvement

　　Work with process owners to understand and map out their processes

　　Apply Lean concepts and process improvement methodologies

　　Build project case

　　Validations with process owners, and an end-to-end business validation upon completion of development effortOther

　　Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business or ITExperience Preferred Qualifications

　　0-1 year of experience

　　Technical Knowledge Preferred Qualifications:
