  Job Title: Risk Management Coordinator - Insurance Adm. Assistant

  Job Description

  Primary Function:

  Provides technical and administrative support to Risk Management. Performs administrative and risk functions including handling of invoices, estoppel requests, supporting meeting presentations, reviewing certificates of insurance, coordinating special projects and implementing details on special projects and other duties as requested.

  Location: Nashville, TN

  Work Style: In office at our clients office.

  Duties and Responsibilities:

  Performs administrative supports functions such as data maintenance, project support and follow-up, meeting preparations and other duties as assigned.

  Prepares reporting, completes data analyses and maintains information in Riskonnect

  Prepares forms for approval by others to support check requests as needed

  Assists with annual regulatory filings and ensures documentation is entered in Riskonnect

  Maintains and tracks budgets, monitors expenses, and provides monthly recaps.

  Takes on special projects as assigned to support department goals.

  Reporting/working relationship:

  Reports to Director, Risk Management. Works closely with Risk Management Analyst to achieve goals.

  Education and Experience:

  High school graduate or equivalent experience. College degree a plus

  Knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance

  Proficient in Microsoft applications and Abode

  Strong written and interpersonal skills

  Strong organizational skills

  Ability to execute tasks efficiently and effectively

  The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $45,000 to $65,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

  This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
