As the Commercial Insurance Sales Team Lead, you will beresponsible to execute on Bremer\'s commercial insurance sales strategyacross our footprint of Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wisconsin. Thesales leader manages a team which includes commercial insurance advisorsand supporting functions such as insurance marketing. KEYRESPONSIBILITIES: Provide leadership and direction to the commercialinsurance sales team and the insurance marketing team thru coaching,mentoring, and ongoing professional development. Partner with theCommercial Client Managers and Supervisors to ensure a cohesive andexceptional experience for new and existing commercial customers. Growour sales talent pipeline. Develop relationships enterprise wide withinternal bank partners as you make joint calls and maximize insuranceand bank revenue. Promote a sales, relationship, and customer servicefocused culture.
