Lakes Country Service Cooperative is seeking applicants for a full-time or part-time Insurance and Wellness Specialist. The Insurance and Wellness Specialist provides general assistance to regional members of the Minnesota Healthcare Consortium health insurance pools and works closely with the Deputy Director of Finance and Risk Management. This position requires knowledge and experience with the health insurance industry. The qualified candidate will have strong customer service skills and will work with our members on all aspects of insurance, including but not limited to promoting and implementation of programs, prospecting, delivering communication, maintaining customer relationships, assisting with delivery of renewals, and creation of reports.
