　　responsibilities:

　　Prioritize safety with a focus on establishing a Zero Incident Safety Culture.

　　Ensure 100% environmental compliance in all work activities.

　　Execute electrical and controls maintenance for roofing manufacturing lines and ancillary equipment/systems.

　　Troubleshoot programming and system faults for plant equipment.

　　Modify existing programs to improve sequencing, alarms, and troubleshooting in PLCs, HMIs, and automated systems.

　　Work as an Industrial Electrician within electrical panels, systems, and wiring up to 480V.

　　Obtain and maintain certification as a Level 1 Electrician at the facility.

　　Support equipment calibration, programming installation, updates, and machine setup.

　　Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering personnel to resolve problems.

　　Review and update/redline system layouts, detailed drawings, and schematics.

　　Analyze operational data to diagnose and resolve performance issues.

　　Maintain critical environmental and process control systems.

　　Perform planned and scheduled industrial maintenance activities.

　　Provide emergency/urgent production line support, troubleshooting, and repair.

　　High school diploma or GED required; Technical Degree in relevant fields preferred.

　　Four to five years of related experience and/or training required.

　　Experience with Electrical Distribution systems and wiring up to 480V.

　　Proficiency in maintaining industrial automation processes (Siemens PLCs, AC Vector Drives, Wonderware preferred).

　　Knowledge of database and word processing software; experience in CAD software a plus.

　　Experience in SAP or other CMMS preferred.

　　Certified or able to become certified to operate powered industrial vehicles.

　　Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

　　Work in both inside and outside environmental conditions.

　　Exposure to moving mechanical systems, energized electrical systems, fumes, odors, airborne particles, extreme heat, vibration, and confined spaces.

　　Ability to climb stairs/ladders, bend, kneel, crawl, stoop, and operate heavy plant equipment.

　　Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.

　　Work in a loud environment; hearing protection provided and required.
