As an Instructional Tech Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base while nurturing and managing existing accounts. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service and your willingness to represent Vivacity Tech at trade shows will be key to your success in this role.
While no day will be completely the same, you will execute daily responsibilities in these various functions:
Account Management: You will be responsible for managing current accounts while consistently seeking out and securing new customers.
Market Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and best sales practices to stay ahead of the curve.
Trade Show Participation: Attend trade shows, actively engage in booth set-ups and take-downs, and speak at various sessions and presentations to promote Vivacity Tech.
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Vivacity Tech's products and services, as well as those offered by competitors, to educate and attract new customers.
Communication: Achieve a minimum of 90 minutes of talk time per day while maintaining excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Technical Proficiency: Expert technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot, assist, and train others.
Adaptability: Ability to function well in a high-paced and occasionally stressful environment.
Software Proficiency: Extremely proficient with Google Suite and the ability to quickly learn new or updated software.
Independence: Ability to work independently to achieve goals.
Travel: Must be able to travel throughout the region and attend trade shows.
Education & Experience:
2-4 years of relevant experience is highly preferred.A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
