Job Description:
The Instructional Design Senior Analyst works with different training resources and subject matter experts (SMEs) to create self-paced or instructor led courses required for Capability Development training programs.
• Design and Development of Effective Learning Content using appropriate delivery methods - Analysis of competency and knowledge requirements to design an effective training model for learner needs- Participate in training reviews and feedback sessions from training resources to apply recommendations- Conduct research, extensive fact checking and validation to support accuracy of information to be added in content- Designing curriculum, content outline and storyboards, applying appropriate multimedia learning methodologies considering scalability, delivery requirements and limitations- Develop training materials such as slides, facilitator guides, participant guides, elearning, videos, job aids, handouts, pre and post course work- Revision of existing training programs based on changes to requirements- Liaising with learning partners to include appropriate learning courses in the program- Working with the technical team in the publishing of materials in the learning platforms- Create skill and knowledge assessments as well as case studies- Assess course development timelines and efforts and communicate with stakeholders
• Learning Program Delivery and training resources enablement- Conduct Train the trainer sessions to ensure consistency in delivery of developed instructor-led courses if necessary- Recording and evaluating training data using Kirkpatrick’s levels of evaluation to gauge effectiveness- Ensure training materials are accessible to participants and faculty
• Periodic Creation and Review of Learning Materials - Revise modules or create new material based on pre/post test results, faculty and learner feedback- Categorization and review of content recency and relevance that have been released or are already uploaded to the learning platforms - Development, re-templating or rewrite of content from subject matter experts
• Communication Materials Development- Design and create collaterals to communicate information, updates and announcements about training programs being supported such as mailers, brochures, videos, slides and catalogs
Job Qualifications:
• At least 3 years content creation/content development experience• No supervisory experience required
• Stakeholder management experience• Good communication skills• With basic knowledge of project management as resource will be communicating with internal clients on training requirements until completion including setting up of rooms, venues, etc• Open to any industry
• Bachelor's degree
