　　- Ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of corporate experience

　　- The ideal candidate would have knowledge related to mergers,acquisitions, divestitures, debt and equity offerings, restructurings,entity selection and formation, general corporate matters andsophisticated commercial contract work.

　　- The firm has a 1200 hour billable requirement

　　- The firm will offer \$125-140k in a base salary and attorneys earn1/6th their billable rate toward a bonus after 1200 hours

　　- Associates regularly earn bonuses over \$50k, some higher than \$100k
