業務内容：

　　インスタントサービスセンター(ISC)エージェントは、外線及び内線からのゲストのお問い合わせに礼儀正しく、魅力的でプロフェッショナルにゲストのご要件を対処する責任を担います。IHGのポリシーと基準に従ってISCマネージャーの管理監督の下で、次の職務を遂行します。

　　エージェントのタスクとして、

　　レストラン予約、館内施設のご案内及び宿泊客を含むお客様からの電話によるお問い合わせ全般に関する電話対応業務を担っていただきます。

　　すべてのゲストの要望、問い合わせ、ニーズに迅速に対応し、ホテルの主要なコミュニケーションポイントとして、適切な部署/スタッフに業務の引継ぎ/依頼をします。

　　ゲストのニーズを特定し、予測することでゲストの満足度向上に努めます。

　　求められる経験・スキル：

　　ホテルでの勤務経験もしくは、コールオペレーションのご経験

　　ビジネスマナー

　　流暢な日本語、英語力

　　OAに対する知識・経験（Microsoft Office 365 等）

　　必須要件：

　　週末/祝日、夜勤を含むシフトによる交代制で勤務できること＊適切な回答・コール対応ができるように、ISCマネージャーとチームリーダーが充実したトレーニングを行います。
