Summary You will serve as an Installation Training Specialis, the Installation Training Officer of NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY BETHESDA. Responsibilities You will serve as the Installation Training Officer (ITO). You will serve as the Installation Training Team Coordinator. You will provide planning, briefing, execution, debriefing (PBED) and assessment of installation training, readiness, and integrated exercise programs. You will identify deficiencies and capability gaps in the programs while providing summary assessment reports on suggested improvements. You will compile and promulgate monthly installation training reports. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Interpreting Government operations - rulemaking, policy, and/or major program responsibility (includes regulation or policy making, directing, implementing, advising and audits); Delivering Government service, including customer service and/or public liaison duties; Developing plans or policies related to national defense or military operations; Providing educational and/or training services in formal education or training programs; Interpreting theory and the principles, methods, practices and techniques of instruction systems; Coordinating training programs and emergency operation drills.
